Kick-off DeuGrInZus2-Energy Projects

Using your registration data, we will prepare visitor badges which will be available in the visitor center of Forschungszentrum Jülich. On arrival, you have to report there and identify yourself with your valid ID card (first exit of the roundabout in front of the research center, parking in the visitor parking lot, presentation in the visitor center, receipt of visitor's badge and registration form). Please note that there may be longer waiting times when registering. Be sure to plan about 30 minutes for the visitor service and the arrival at the kick-off venue. You have to hand over the visitor badge when leaving the premises.

Information on how to get there by car is available on the website of Forschungszentrum Jülich.

A template for your presentation (if applicable) can be downloaded here. You are welcome to use it. Please prepare a maximum of 5 presentation slides. The presentation time is limited to 8 minutes.

Please book your accommodation by yourself. From the following hotels in Jülich we offer a shuttle service to the Forschungszentrum at fixed times:

Please understand that the transports have to take place at fixed times, which we will publish here in the next few weeks. In addition, for insurance reasons, you must register for each transport. We will begin registration about two weeks before the Kick-off.

For mutual exchange we will offer three parallel workshops (see registration).

You can register for the guided tours as part of the registration process. We would like to point out that the number of participants is limited.

The travel costs for one participant per subproject (BMBF-funded) and for the keynote speakers will be reimbursed. The travel costs of Greek partners will be partly reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be issued after the journey has been completed and the following document has been submitted:
